Hayton neighbourhood plan

Overview

Hayton Parish was designated for the purposes of producing a neighbourhood plan on 8 November 2012. After a period of inactivity, development work on the Plan recommenced in August 2019. The Pre-Submission Draft Neighbourhood Plan was published for consultation in September 2022 - please see below for more information.

Pre-Submission Draft Consultation (Autumn 2022)

Hayton Parish Council is currently consulting all interested parties on it's Pre-Submission Draft Neighbourhood Plan, in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulation 2012 (as amended). The consultation runs for six weeks, from Monday 5 September until Sunday 16 October 2022. The Neighbourhood Plan and all supporting documents are available to view in the Supporting Documents section below. Hard copies of all of the documents will be available to view at consultation events, due to be hosted in Hayton Village Hall, Church Lane, Hayton, DN22 9LD on the following dates:

  • Saturday 17 September 2022 - 09:30 - 11:00
  • Tuesday 20 September 2022 - 09:30 - 11:00
  • Tuesday 27 September 2022 - 18:00 - 19:30
  • Saturday 1 October 2022 - 09:30 - 11:00
  • Thursday 6 October 2022 - 18:00 - 19:30
  • Thursday 13 October 2022 - 09:30 - 11:00
