Opening times
Our hours of opening are 9:00 to 17:00 for face-to-face enquiries at our Retford and Worksop Offices. Our Harworth Office hours of opening are 9:00 to 13:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Our office at Carlton Forest is no longer open to members of the public.

Please note: From 8 July 2026, the Revenues and Benefits teams will not be available by telephone on Wednesdays between 9:00am and 1:00pm. This time will be used for staff training and/or focused work to help us process customer enquiries and maintain service standards. Customers can continue to access services online or contact us by email during this time.
