Overview
The reviewed Misterton Neighbourhood Plan was formally adopted by Bassetlaw District Council following a successful referendum on 23 May 2024. The reviewed Neighbourhood Plan now replaces the original Misterton Neighbourhood Plan, adopted in September 2019. The Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and should be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Neighbourhood Plan Area.
