Overview
The Misterton Neighbourhood Plan was formally 'made' by Bassetlaw District Council following the referendum held on 5 September 2019. The Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and should be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Misterton Neighbourhood Area. Work to review the Neighbourhood Plan is currently in progress, with consultation on a Pre-Submission Draft held between October and December 2022.
