Misterton neighbourhood plan

Overview

The Misterton Neighbourhood Plan was formally 'made' by Bassetlaw District Council following the referendum held on 5 September 2019. The Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and should be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Misterton Neighbourhood Area. Work to review the Neighbourhood Plan is currently in progress, as detailed below.

Pre-Submission Draft Consultation (Reg 14): Late 2022

Misterton Parish Council is currently consulting interested parties on the Pre-Submission Draft version of the reviewed Misterton Neighbourhood Plan, in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. The consultation commenced on Monday 31 October 2022 and concludes on Friday 16 December 2022. 

The Neighbourhood Plan and Codes can be downloaded from the Supporting Documents section below. Further materials relating to the consultation are available from the Misterton Parish Council website, and hard copies of all documents are available to view at the Misterton Centre & Library during normal opening hours. A dedicated consultation event is also due to be held as follows:

Saturday 12th November, 09.30am until 4.00pm, at The Misterton Centre & Library , 52 High Street, Misterton, DN10 4BU
