Licensing Act 2003
Review of Policy Statement 2024-2029
There is a Statutory Requirement for the District Council to undertake a review of their Policy Statement under the Licensing Act 2003.
A revised Policy Statement has now been prepared in draft form, copies of which may be inspected at the following locations:
Bassetlaw District Council Offices

This consultation opened on 04 August 2034 until 22 September 2023
This revised statement is scheduled to come in effect on 7 January 2024
