Information is available on our COVID-19 business support page about how Bassetlaw District Council will process the full package of business support measures set out by the Government. Including: the current grant criteria and online application form, a freeze on the multipliers at 49.9p (small business multiplier) and 51.2p (standard multiplier) and 50% relief on rates bills, up to £110,000 per business, for eligible businesses in the retail, hospitality and leisure sector. We are currently in the process of drawing up a policy to provide funding from the Covid-19 Additional Relief Fund and further details will be available shortly. A number of reliefs and reductions are awarded automatically, with no application required. However if you believe you are eligible for a relief that has not been awarded please contact us using the online enquiry form or by contacting 01909 533533 and asking for Business Rates.
