Overview
The Lound Neighbourhood Area was designated by Bassetlaw District Council in June 2016, and work to develop the Lound Neighbourhood Plan concluded in August 2021, following independent examination. The Neighbourhood Plan was formally adopted by Bassetlaw District Council following a successful public referendum on 24 February 2022.

Declaration of Results
A Referendum relating to the adoption of the Lound Neighbourhood Plan was held on Thursday 24th February 2022. The results are as follows:
Number cast in favour of YES - 143
Number cast in favour of NO - 47
More than half of those voting have voted in favour of the Neighbourhood Plan.
