Overview
Elkesley Neighbourhood Plan was 'made' by Bassetlaw District Council following the Referendum held on 12 November 2015. The Neighbourhood Plan accordingly forms part of the Local Development Framework for Bassetlaw and shall be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Neighbourhood Plan Area.
Work to review the Neighbourhood Plan commenced in mid 2023.

The Elkesley Neighbourhood plan is currently the subject of a review, being led by the Elkesley Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group. The process of reviewing a neighbourhood plan follows the same stages as the production of the initial plan.
