Sutton cum Lound Neighbourhood Plan

Overview

The reviewed Sutton cum Lound Neighbourhood Plan was formally adopted by Bassetlaw District Council following a successful referendum on 21 May 2026. The reviewed Neighbourhood Plan now replaces the previous version of the Sutton cum Lound Neighbourhood Plan, adopted in March 2021. The reviewed Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and should be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Sutton cum Lound Neighbourhood Area.
