You are required to give a copy of your application and supporting documentation to Responsible Authorities, this needs to be done on the same day your application is submitted to the Licensing Department.
Responsible Authorities are public bodies that under the Licensing Act 2003 are entitled to make representations to the Licensing Department in relation to your application. The representations made must relate to the likely effect of the licence on the promotion of the Licensing Objectives
