The person making the application must display a notice, printed legibly in black ink or typed in black, in a size equal (or larger) to 16 font, prominently at or on the premises to which the application relates. The notice must be displayed for 28 consecutive days, starting the day after the application has be received and acknowledged as complete by the Licensing Department.
In addition to displaying a notice at the premises to which the application relates you must also publish a notice in a local newspaper (Worksop Guardian or Retford Times) at least once during the 10 working days after the application is given to the Licensing Department.
