We have eight Neighbourhood Housing Officers who look after different areas of Bassetlaw. They are available to talk about any issues you may have about your tenancy, your home, or the area where you live.
They carry out Estate Inspections, property checks to ensure that tenants keep to their tenancy agreements, and help with minor cases of anti-social behaviour. They also give advice on how to look after your home or garden and keeping communal areas clean and tidy.

Housing Officer Surgery for Council Tenants
If you wish to speak to a housing officer on matters relating to your council tenancy and estate, grounds maintenance, keeping to your tenancy conditions, problems with neighbours or other issues, please feel free to contact your housing officer.
