Request for Service
A tenant’s request to their landlord with a requirement for action taken to put something right is a service request.
If you want to ask our housing services to do something, please visit our online request for service section or fill in the online form.
Make a complaint
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome or handling of your service request, you can express this in a formal complaint. We want to deal with matters proportionally and ensure that you are happy with the approach we are taking to address your concerns.
A complaint can be made regarding the standard of service by the Council, the way you have been treated, the actions or lack of action by staff, or those acting on our behalf.
