Report a Repair Online 

  • Repairs Portal - An online method of reporting non-emergency repairs. Using the Repairs Portal requires making an account. After signing up, you can self-diagnose a problem, book a repair, change or cancel appointments and see a summary of the work completed.
  • Repairs Self-Service Form - An online method of reporting non-emergency repairs. An account is not required to use the Self-Service Form.
