How to make sure your bin is collected
- Put your bin out by 6am on collection day
- Make sure the lid is closed
- Put only accepted items in the bin
- No extra waste beside the bin
- Don’t overfill or use plastic bags (plastic bags are accepted in your Green Household Waste Bin only)
Frequency of collections
- Blue recycling bins and green household waste bins - every two weeks (alternating).
- Brown garden waste bins - every two weeks.
- Black glass bin - 6 week cycle.
