The Council provides a professional, independent MOT testing service for private and commercial vehicle owners. We do not provide repairs to vehicles.
The tests are carried out at our premises at Carlton Forest.

There is no retest charge if your vehicle is returned within 14 days.

We can also issue a duplicate MOT certificate and a charge of £13.50 will be made for this service.

Waiting and Viewing Area
Customers can wait in reception and watch their vehicles being tested, where there is also a drinks and snack machine.
Leave/Collect Your Vehicle
If you wish to leave your vehicle at the depot and collect later the same day, this is also possible.
