Free Access to National Sportspeople or FANS as it is known is a scheme for sports people who represent the National Squad or Team.
Free use of fitness suites, swimming and exercise classes that are run by Bassetlaw District Council (age restrictions will apply). For disabled sports people the scheme will extend to their carers.
The FANS card is for athletes who are at National Squad Training level.
The FANS scheme is administered by BPL on behalf of the Council. If you feel you might be eligible, please contact your local leisure centre. They will need proof of your National Training Level status, that you are a Bassetlaw resident and how the FANS scheme will benefit you specifically in your training.
