Parish and town councils which receive CIL funds in any financial year are required to prepare and publish an annual CIL monitoring report. The report must include the total receipts and expenditure of CIL funds for the reported year. Councils which do not receive any funds in a financial year are not required to prepare or publish an annual report for that year.
Annual CIL monitoring reports must be published by 31 December on the relevant parish or town council website or, where they do not have a website, on the Bassetlaw District Council’s website.
