The Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended) requires all collecting authorities to publish an annual Infrastructure Funding Statement each year by 31 December.
The Infrastructure Funding Statement for the previous financial year must include:
- An infrastructure list - which lists the infrastructure projects or types of infrastructure which the authority intends to be wholly or partly funded by CIL.
- A CIL report – which identifies the CIL money received and spent.
- A Section 106 report – which identifies the planning obligations (both financial and non-financial) made and the S106 money received and spent.

The Bassetlaw Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement 2024/2025 was published in November 2025.
The next IFS, covering the financial year of 2025/26, will be published by 31 December 2026.

Developer contributions data
In addition to the mandatory requirement to publish an annual Infrastructure Funding Statement, it is recommended that local authorities publish the raw data that informed the annual report.
The following datasets provide raw data on developer agreements, developer agreement contributions, and developer agreement transactions. The data is provided in a format which is in accordance with guidance issued by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
