The Bassetlaw Design Code SPD will provide a bespoke set of design rules, standards and guidance for new development that responds to local context. It will be used to promote the delivery of high-quality new development district-wide.
As this SPD has now been adopted, it replaces the Successful Places SPD (2013), Residential Parking Standards (2012), and Good Shopfront Design and Signage SPD (2014).
