The Affordable Housing SPD provides more details about how the planning system will help secure the provision of affordable housing in the District and when affordable housing will be required on new developments (including how much and what type). It also provides more information about securing financial contributions for affordable housing.
As the Affordable Housing SPD has been adopted, it replaces the 2014 Affordable Housing SPD.
