The National Planning Policy Framework requires planning authorities to provide an annual statement setting out a 5-year supply of deliverable housing sites, known as the 5-year housing land supply.
The latest 5-Year Housing Land Supply Statement covers the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030 (published March 2026). This statement supersedes all previously published statements.
