Panto in the Park 2024

Get ready to cheer for the good and boo for the bad as “Panto in the Park” returns to Retford for another spectacular season of summer pantomimes.

Presented in collaboration with TaleGate Theatre, Panto in the Park invites families to join in the fun at Kings Park's open-air stage. Building on the success of previous years, 2024’s lineup features even more classic tales, promising to captivate audiences of all ages.

All three shows are completely free for all the family to attend, opening with Alice in Wonderland on 14th August:

Wednesday 14th August 2024: Alice in Wonderland
Join Alice on a magical wander through Wonderland as she meets a whole host of crazy characters straight out of the classic book by Lewis Carroll.

Tuesday 20th August 2024: Pinocchio
Wish upon a star in this magical family pantomime and follow our young hero, Pinocchio, on an adventure of a lifetime as he learns how to become a real boy.

Wednesday 28th August 2024: The Little Mermaid
Follow Lenor, our mermaid princess, as she finds her sea legs in search of her happily ever after under the sea in this bubbly family pantomime.

Each performance will start at 2pm and last approximately 50 minutes. Entry is free and tickets are not needed to attend any of the Panto in the Park shows, so pack your picnic and your camping chairs and get ready for a summer of slapstick, songs and silliness.
