Outside at Idle

Description

Outside at Idle is a green social prescribing program funded by South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Community Foundation. During the course you will be able to partake in a variety of exercises that help forge a relationship between you and nature, take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful nature reserve at Idle Valley and take time out for yourself. Activities vary through practical, creative and horticultural tasks. While not all activities may be something you are familiar with, we ask that you bring a sense of openness to try and explore the activities at the sessions
