Qualifications
- Relevant undergraduate degree Priority 1
- Have achieved or is eligible for chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute or other relevant professional body) Priority 1
- Relevant post-graduate qualification Priority 3
Knowledge
- 5+ years knowledge of delivering major projects through the Town & Country Planning Act legislation Priority 1
- Knowledge of major infrastructure and/or energy developments Priority 2
- A good understanding of supply chain growth Priority 2
Experience
- Prior experience of engaging in the DCO process and facilitating the delivery of NSIPs through the Planning Act, 2008 legislation or similar including large EIA projects Priority 1
- Participation as an expert witness in public inquiries Priority 2
- Have acted in a management capacity previously Priority 2
Skills
- Displays a positive, ‘can do’, proactive and supportive attitude in a team environment Priority 1
- Excellent negotiation skills Priority 1
- Up to date with professional competence Priority 2
