Qualifications  

  1. Recognised professional / industry or vocational qualification in ICT (Priority 1)

                e.g Level 2 Certificate for IT systems Administrators or City and guilds Level 2 or 3 diploma              in ICT Systems Support.

Knowledge

  1. Conversant with legislation relevant to the profession, e.g. Data Protection, IT Security. (Priority 1)
  2. Knowledge of Business Intelligence report writing and/or extracting data from various applications. E.g. Power BI, SQL (Priority 2)
  3. Must have basic working knowledge of Microsoft365 Products (Priority 1)

Experience

  1. Good experience of an ICT environment, application support, development and administration of software applications. (Priority 1)
  2. Experience of operating Microsoft systems. Power BI, Word, Excel, databases, Teams, SharePoint (Priority 1)
  3. Experience working with a range of business, utility and web applications. (Priority 2)

Skills

  1. Excellent level of communication skills (Priority 1)
  2. Ability to input, extract and interpret information from IT systems (Priority 2)
  3. Be able to prioritise workloads and meet competing demands (Priority 2)
  4. Problem solving and negotiating skills (Priority 1)
  5. Ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative (Priority 1)
  6. Ability to engage with external and internal suppliers and customers (Priority 2)
