If you would like to formally request information concerning the state of the environment (land, water, air, flora & fauna) or activities which may adversely affect the environment (light and noise pollution, emissions) you may do so under the Environmental Information Regulations Act. There may be a charge depending on the length of time it takes us to find the information for you.
