Some people are unable or prefer not to attend meetings. Be Heard from Home surveys give these people an opportunity to have their say and to ensure everyone has a voice, capture views and opinions and review our services without leaving home.

Your views and opinions will help improve our service design and delivery with tenants influence as a priority.
We will report on improvements made following your actions and how your views can influence changes to homes and neighbourhoods.
