Treswell neighbourhood plan

Overview

The Treswell with Cottam Neighbourhood Plan was formally 'made' by Bassetlaw District Council, following the Referendum held on 21st February 2019. The Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and should be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Neighbourhood Plan Area. Work to review the Neighbourhood Plan is currently in progress, as detailed below.

Regulation 14 Consultation (Early 2022)

Treswell with Cottam Parish Council is currently consulting the public, stakeholders, and statutory bodies on the Pre-Submission Draft of the reviewed Treswell with Cottam Neighbourhood Plan. All supporting documents are available to view and download below.  

The consultation runs for six weeks, commencing on Wednesday 19 January, and concluding on Thursday 3 March 2022. All comments are welcomed, and should be sent via email to the Parish Clerk, Sara Stilliard:

A consultation event is also due to be held in Treswell to provide the opportunity to inspect the documents in person:

  • Thursday 3 February 2022, 18:00 until 20:00, at Treswell Village Hall, Town Street, Treswell, DN22 0EJ.
