Consultation on Updated Submission Documents: January 2020

Further to the ongoing independent examination of the Blyth Neighbourhood Plan, an additional six week consultation is being hosted by Bassetlaw District Council, at the request of the independent examiner, in order to provide interested parties with the opportunity to comment on a number of updated documents. These documents, and the reason for consulting on them, are as follows:

The consultation commenced on Tuesday 21 January 2020 and closes at 1700 on Monday 2 March 2020.  

Comments on the above documents are welcomed in writing, via email or post:

Next Steps

Once the consultation has closed, all representation(s) received will be sent directly to the independent examiner in order to inform the ongoing examination of the Neighbourhood Plan.  When completed, the examiner will produce an “Examination Report” that will identify any proposed modifications to the Neighbourhood Plan. The examiner will also recommend whether they feel the Plan should proceed to a public referendum. If you would like to be notified of the outcome of the examination process, please include an indication to this effect as part of your representation.
