Visit our Consultation events and booking page where you will find all our planned online events. Once you have decided which event you wish to take part in use the button to book onto an online consultation event.
First you will see our Data Protection Notice. This informs you of why and how we will use your data in order to hold the Online Consultation sessions. This is a mandatory field and we require you to read and accept our terms and conditions before you can continue.
Please fill in the relevant personal details a shown on the page below. In order to move to the next page you will need to complete the email and name boxes. These details will need to be the ones you will use to receive your event invitation and to access the event. Only the name and email that are registered through the booking form will be allowed to access the event. When you have filled in your details please press next.
You will then be directed to the booking section of the form where you will need to select the event you would like to attend from the drop down list. Please attend the event that relates to the area of the Local Plan that you are interested in.
On this page you can also enter the question you would like to pre-submit for your event. You will also need to read and confirm you have understood the Code of Conduct for the online events.
Once submitted you will receive an email confirming you have registered your interest in attending the event.
Each event is limited to 25 attendees. If you are successful with your registration you will soon receive an email confirming your booking. If your booking has been unsuccessful you will be advised by email and you may try to book onto another event.
The link to access the event will be emailed to you closer to the event date, if the email is not in your main inbox please also check your junk folder.
