Bassetlaw District Council is asking the public how they would like to see Langold Country Park evolve in the coming years as part of new consultation.
A draft Masterplan for the Country Park has been created which sets out some of the visions, ambitions and improvements that could further enhance one of the district’s most popular attractions.
Some of the most important aspects of the Masterplan include how we can celebrate the park’s heritage, which goes back 200 years, in highly visible and imaginative ways, how members of the community can become more active in sustaining and maintaining the park’s wildlife, and creating different access routes into the park for vehicles and addressing parking issues.
The consultation will run over eight weeks starting on Monday 20 September until Monday 15 November.
