Fusion Power - Bassetlaw Site Makes Government Shortlist

Bassetlaw District Council have welcomed the announcement by the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Agency (UKAEA) that the West Burton A Power Station site in Bassetlaw has been added to the shortlist to be the future home of the UK’s first fusion energy plant – the Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production, or “STEP”.

STEP closer to naming site of first fusion energy power plant
