Worksop Branch is committed to helping everyone understand the importance of Remembrance, so those sacrifices are never forgotten.

2018 Marks the Final Centenary Year Commemoration and deserves to be marked with reverence.

We welcome representatives of the Royal family, Local Government, Councillors and the public to join in an annual Festival of Remembrance, commemorating all those who have lost their lives in conflicts.

Lilli Taylor-Ward presents Worksop Branches annual Festival of Remembrance at the North Notts Arena in Worksop. In the presence of the Lord Lieutenant, The Seaforth Highlanders, Local Brass Bands, The Red Barrows Display Team, 303 (Worksop) Squadron the Air Training Corps, Worksop Sea & Royal Marine Cadets, the Worcestershire and Sherwood Foresters Association, Worksop Breakfast Club, and much more.

From the two World Wars to present day conflict, as the poppy petals fall, the Festival will remember all victims of war and those that made the ultimate sacrifice.

There are performances from Lilli Taylor-Ward, Highlights of the performance, which will include special guest artists, military bands and a drumhead service, and beating of the retreat.
