Hackney/Private Hire drivers licence

The licence holder has been convicted of an offence involving dishonesty, indecency or violence; or

  1. The licence holder has been convicted of an offence under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 or Town and Police Clause Act 1847

  2. The licence holder has failed to comply with the provisions of Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 or Town and Police Clause Act 1847

  3.  of the Act of 1847 or of this Part of this Act; or

  4. For any other reasonable cause.
