This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR and Organisational Development professional to join our vibrant HR team in delivering a high quality advisory service to managers at all organisational levels. This is a new position created to provide extra capacity to deliver our organisational change programme, working alongside teams across the Council. Ideal candidates will thrive under pressure and enjoy managing multiple priorities along with having strong experience of working in a generalist HR advisory role. You will be CIPD qualified to level 7 with strong employee relations skills, credible and with the ability to coach and influence managers through HR and OD related processes, casework and policy interpretation. Experience of using iTrent HR & Payroll Systems would be beneficial, but not essential. You will receive training in the organisational change methodology being used by the Council.
