Salvation Army Polling Station: General Election 12 December 2019

Due to flooding, we can no longer use the Salvation Army Building on Newcastle Avenue as a Polling Station. A replacement Polling Station will now be located at the Crossing Church on Newcastle Street.

The following streets will be affected by the change:

Allen Street, Bridge Street, Brook Terrace, Castle Hill Square, Castle Street, Central Avenue, Forrests Yard, Grove Court, Hardy Street, King Street, Lead Hill, Newcastle Avenue, Newcastle Street, Norfolk Street, Old Bakery Yard, Old School Place, Plants Yard, Potter Street, Queens Court, Queen Street, Royal Court, Ryton Street, Watson Road, Westgate, Westgate View, White Hart Yard.

A letter has been sent to all impacted electors notifying them of the change. Please note, the information in this letter supersedes the information about where to vote on your Poll Card.
