Referendum on the Neighbourhood Plan for Rampton and Woodbeck

1. A referendum will be held on Thursday 6 May 2021 to decide on the question below:

‘Do you want Bassetlaw District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Rampton and Woodbeck to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?’

2. APPLICATIONS FOR REGISTRATION
If they are to be effective for this referendum:

Applications for electoral registration must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Bassetlaw District Council, Queen’s Buildings, Worksop, S80 2AH by Monday 19 April 2021

3. APPLICATIONS FOR POSTAL/PROXY VOTING
If they are to be effective for this referendum:

New applications to vote by post must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Bassetlaw District Council, Queen’s Buildings, Worksop, S80 2AH by 5pm on Tuesday 20 April 2021.

Applications to amend or cancel existing postal or proxy voting arrangements must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Bassetlaw District Council, Queen’s Buildings, Worksop, S80 2AH by 5pm on Tuesday 20 April 2021.

New applications to vote by proxy at this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Bassetlaw District Council, Queen’s Buildings, Worksop, S80 2AH by 5pm on Tuesday 27 April 2021 except in certain cases where illness, incapacity or matters relating to occupation, service or employment occur after that time, in which case applications may be made up until 5:00 pm Thursday 6 May 2021.
