Planning Application Fee Charges - 26th February 2010
From the 26th February onwards, new fee
levels will apply for applications to extend the time limits
for implementing planning permissions and non material amendments,
along with a reduction in the maximum fee for other applications
submitted under Schedule 1, Part 2 category 9(b), of the fee
regulations.
You can now pay your planning fee by credit or debit card.
If you wish to do so please contact a Planning Services technician.
New for 2010 - Building Control On-line
Building Control On-line will enable applicants and agents to
submit and track building regulations applications
electronically. Options will include Full Plans
applications, Building Notices and Regularisation
applications. We plan to go live during March 2010
via the Building Control pages of this website.
Building Regulation Charges - 1st January 2010
With effect from 1st January 2010 the VAT rate on Building Regulations Charges
will be calculated at 17.5%.
