Annual Monitoring Report
The Annual Monitoring Report has been prepared by
Bassetlaw District Council under the new Planning and Compulsory
Purchase Act 2004. A report will be produced each December from
2005 onwards. The report has two principle roles:
- It provides information regarding the
implementation of the Local Development Scheme. This is a document
that sets out the Council’s intended timetable for preparing the
new Local Development Framework, including a description of each of
the documents to be produced.
- The extent to which policies set out in
the Bassetlaw Local Plan are being achieved. In future years this
section will monitor progress in the implementation of new policies
under the Local Development Framework.
