Welcome to Bassetlaw District Council’s Planning On-line Internet service.

 

The Service allows you to search and view detailed information of application submitted to the Authority since January 2001.  You can monitor the progress and submit comments relating to applications being considered.

 

Publishing personal information - material published on the website may not represent the full Register, certain information may be withheld with full access only being provided at our offices in Worksop.

 

Some other features of this website are:  

 

  • If an application is valid on or after 1st December 2005 you can view the application forms, plans, drawings and other associated documents.  You will need Adobe Reader to view the documents.

 

  • If we have decided an application on or after 1st December 2005 you can view the final decision notice.

  • You can view a weekly lists of valid applications.

 

  • You can view a weekly lists of decided applications.

 

  • You can view the appeals register: appeals received and appeals decided.

 

  • You can view details of applications being presented to the next planning committee meeting.  (This information will be available 5 working days before the next committee meeting).  You can also view the complete agenda 5 working days prior to the meeting.

 

  • Submit your application on-line - you can go to the Planning Portal website to submit your planning application, attach drawings and documents and pay your planning fee online.  The website will also provide guidance and answer any basic planning enquiries.

      the Planning Portal direct at support@planningportal.gov.uk or telephone 0117 372 8200

      (office hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). 

  • If you have an interest in a current application you can send your comments on-line via our email address.  Please be aware that all the information you send to us is public information and will be available on the paper file held by us, and, in the future may be published on our website. 

 

     Please make sure that you only provide information, including any personal

     information, that you are happy for other people to see.

 

     You should be aware that part of the Government initiative for Planning Services

     on-line, is a requirement to provide on-line tracking. This means that if we have notified

     you of an application or you have commented on an application your address will be

     displayed on the Council's Planning Web site as a formal consultee.

 

     If you are giving us information about someone else, please make sure you have their

     permission before sending it to us.
