Development Control within Bassetlaw offers a customer focused

We have a small group of experienced town
planners with an exceptional knowledge of the planning history of
the District, its towns, villages and countryside. A positive

the planning service provides a team approach to problem solving -
our corporate approach allows us to bring a full range of other
professional abilities to meetings or preliminary enquiries,
ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive and professional

Our application and enforcement services are
designed to be accessible to all, to be positive wherever possible
and to be results oriented. We can help with anything from
the completion of your application forms
to the provision of leaflets on many
specialised issues.

possible unauthorised development, please write to Planning
Enforcement, Bassetlaw District Council, Queens Buildings, Potter
Street, Worksop, Notts, S80 2AH or complete an online complaints form.
This authority will only investigate complaints
in writing. Please include your name, address and a contact
telephone number as anonymous complaints will not be
investigated. Although your details will remain wholly
confidential, should you not wish to be directly involved, please
contact your
Local Councillor who will write to the Local Planning
Authority on your behalf.
