Changes to Planning Applications
The Government has introduced a number of key
changes to the submission of planning applications submitted on or
after 10th August 2006.
These changes relate to:
- Information that must be submitted with an
outline planning application.
- The list of reserved matters.
- The requirement to submit Design and
Access Statements with outline or detailed
applications.
