Please note with effect from 1st January 2010 the VAT
rate on Building Regulations
Charges will be calculated at
17.5%.
If you are unsure whether your proposal requires
building regulations or planning permission but would like
confirmation please complete a Householder Enquiry and Minor
Works Enquiry form.
