The East Midlands Development Agency (emda) has announced a
£500,000 Flood Recovery Fund to help support small and medium-sized
businesses (SMEs) across the East Midlands hit by the recent
floods.
SMEs are now able to apply for a grant of up to £2,500 for
immediate recovery needs, and they should contact the regional
Business Link service (0845 058 6644) to access
the fund.
Staff at Business Link have been briefed to deal with calls from
flood affected businesses.

District Council. It is different to the Chairman's Flood
Appeal.
