The Turbine has 45 office units ranging in size from
18 sq metres to 140 sq metres on two floors. All set in a building

out short term lease agreement with monthly rental payments.

Innovation Workshops
The Turbine has four workshops ranging in size from
46 sq. metres to 95 sq. metres for businesses who wish to undertake
research work, product development or small scale clean light
manufacturing.
All located on the ground floor with access to
the rear car-park area, they are the perfect place to design and
develop new products.
These workshops are available on an easy in, easy
out short term lease agreement with monthly rental payments.
All workshops have individual lockable access,
double glazed lockable windows, heating, lighting, alarms, load
bearing floor, telephone points, 3 phase power, data and power
points and a toilet.
