Bringing Council & Police Services to the Rural Communities of Bassetlaw

Would it help to have access to advice and information on a full range of Council services such as Environment, Housing, Council Tax, Education, Social Services and Blue Badges and also have access to a local police officer to raise community issues?

Well it may surprise you to know that you can!

Mobile Unit

All of the above services are available to the residents of the rural communitites and Bassetlaw through the Mobile Rural Contact Point.

The Mobile Rural Contact Point operates on a rota basis visiting each area one week in four. The contact point is staffed by a Police Officer and a County Contact advisor who are able to answer a wide range of enquiries.
