An appeal cannot be made on the following grounds:

Bassetlaw District Council has two months from the receipt of an appeal in which to reach a decision. If a decision is not reached within two months, or you are not satisfied with the decision, you then have a right to appeal to the Valuation Office Agenct (VOA), East Midlands Group, ground Floor, Ferrers House, Castle Meadow Road, Nottingham. NG15 1AB.

If you want to appeal in respect of your Council Tax, send in your appeal in writing.

Note: Making an appeal does not allow you to withhold payment of council tax owing in the meantime.
