This study specifically seeks to provide robust and credible
evidence to support the development of a Spatial Strategy within
the forthcoming Core Strategy Development Plan Document and for use
in the determination of planning applications.
The aim of the study is to identify the range of services and
facilities provided in settlements in Bassetlaw. It will help
to establish the relative sustainability and subsequent capacity
and potential of each settlement to accommodate future housing
development.
