Planning Fee Increase
The Government announced that Planning Fees would be
increasing with effect from 22nd November
2012. The Planning Fee Schedule has
been updated and is now available on the Applications Forms page of this website.
Details of the increased fees are contained in
the Statutory
Instrument.
Wheeled Bins - Residential Developments
Please note that the District Council no longer provides wheeled
bins for residential developments free of charge. Wheeled
bins can be purchased from the District Council or any other source
provided they conform to appropriate standards and requirements of
the Council. A leaflet is available from the District
Council’s Waste Management Section entitled ‘Guidance for New
Development – Waste Storage and Collection’ which sets out these
standards and requirements. If you wish to purchase wheeled
