Kings' Park Cafe / Kiosk Opportunity
The kiosk will be finished with:
- Trunking ready for sockets where required
- Ceiling finish
- Patio area
The end-user will have to supply:
- Their own equipment.
- Any specific wall covering to walls above worktops where/ if required.
The Council will require the end-user of the kiosk to both open and close the adjoining public conveniences, when required by the Parks and Open Spaces department; this is expected to be as a minimum daily during the ‘open’ season of the splash park, together with regular cleaning of these facilities. (These are located directly adjacent the kiosk)

Sealed Bids to be returned to the Council’s Estates Department by 5pm 10th March 2017, with the expected opening being the Easter break but no later than the 1st May to coincide with the opening of the splash park.
